Weekly Dose of H
Don’t worry, I know. Staying motivated is a full time job, and sometimes we need help, a little boost. I’m a big auditory learner – which simply means my most effective mode of absorbing information is through listening.
Each time I felt down, or lost, I’d head on over to the Ted X youtube channel and search for a topic that was related to how I was feeling on that day. After watching these 10 min videos, I usually found myself feeling a lil more energized, a lil more motivated and a lot less lost.
These videos were especially helpful for my personality type and character trait. I tend to be hard on myself when I don’t meet the high standards that i’ve set – for myself! Crazy, I know. But I truly feel for anyone who’s like me.
I understand the drive, but I also understand that life is a journey and with enough effort, things just work out.
That’s what encouraged me to start the Weekly Dose of H series, where I share little nuggets to get us through the week.
So, whenever you’re feeling like your fuel is running low, I welcome to stop by and fill up. 🙂
